Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the sale of software licences and subscriptions to CodeRaft products (EntraGuard, Ravenscan, RedFox Bastion) by CodeRaft, Geneva, Switzerland.

2. Licence of use

Purchasing a subscription grants the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to use the software for the duration of the subscription.

The following is prohibited:

  • Reselling, sublicensing or redistributing the software
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling the software
  • Using the software beyond the limits of the subscribed licence (number of tenants, networks, users)

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and Swiss francs (CHF). Payment is due at subscription. Subscriptions are billed according to the chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual).

4. Free trial

A free trial is offered with no commitment and no credit card required:

  • EntraGuard: 14-day free trial with full functionality
  • Ravenscan: 14-day free trial (basic scan, top 100 ports)
  • RedFox Bastion: 14-day free trial (2 concurrent sessions, 2 targets)

At the end of the trial period, the account switches to read-only mode. No data is deleted.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with standard practice for digital software, a refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided the software has not been used substantially. Contact us via the contact form for any request.

6. Updates

Active subscriptions include all software updates (bug fixes, security patches, new features) released during the subscription period. Updates are delivered via Docker image pulls or binary self-update. CodeRaft reserves the right to modify features between major versions.

7. Termination

The customer may cancel their subscription at any time from the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refund is issued.

8. Limitation of liability

CodeRaft provides its software "as is". CodeRaft shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software, to the extent permitted by Swiss law.

CodeRaft tools perform read-only audits and do not modify the audited systems.

9. Support

  • Trial: Documentation and FAQ
  • Standard: Support via contact form, response within 48 business hours
  • Enterprise: Priority email support (24 business hours) + initial setup call included

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Geneva shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
